MetalX Return Policy
At MetalX, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a 7-day return policy to make the process as seamless as possible.
Conditions for Return:

Eligibility:
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during transportation or if an incorrect product was sent.
- Change of mind returns are not accepted.

Return Process:
- To initiate a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Take a clear picture of the damaged or incorrect product and share it with us either via email at metalxpk@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at 0308-2821671.

Verification:
- Once we receive your claim, our returns team will review and verify the issue.
- If the claim is verified, we will send you a shipping label and a receiving sheet.

Packaging and Pickup:
- Pack the product in the same way it was received.
- Attach the provided shipping label on top of the package.
- Our courier partner will pick up the product from your address.
- Please ensure you get the rider's name and signature on the receiving sheet and then send a picture of the signed sheet back to us.

Refund:
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will examine it.
- If the claim is validated, we will process a refund for the product amount to your bank account.
Note: Returns that do not meet the above criteria or fail to follow the return process may not be accepted.
