Warranty Return And Refund Policy

We, at MetalX, pack all of our products with very high level of packaging standards, so there is very little chance of the product getting damaged.

We assure quality at every stage, as quality of our product is our top priority, and if any such issue is found, we replace that part or complete product as per our quality standards. 

We pack all of our products in solid boxes, wrapped in cardboard and plastic stretch, so that it reaches customer in perfect condition, still if customer found out any broken/damaged part of the product, he/she can send us picture of the broken part at our email address sales.metalxpk@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at 0308-2821671, and can refuse to receive product from courier company, if any advance amount is deposited earlier, it'll be refunded; but customers aren't allowed to open solid box, as if the box is opened by customer and he/she refuse to receive product, in that scenario courier company won't receive product for return.
